During the summer vacation of my third grade, I went to a sailing summer camp with my friends. We learned junior sailor skills, learned to pack and control the sailboat, and went out to sea under the watchful eye of our instructor. The summer camp lasted for half a month. At this time, I was a competent swimmer, but I was still required to wear a life jacket the entire time I went out to sea. The coaches were careful to teach us that safety matters. After the examination, I obtained a junior sailor certificate. I really enjoyed sailing, but unfortunately, my eyes became infected and inflamed from the sea water, and I had to treat them for several years after this experience. As a result, I have had to abstain from water sports.
