During junior high school, I participated in a wide variety of sports. My fitness routine included running, cycling, swimming, and badminton, among other activities. I often plan great cycling routes and sometimes organize my classmates to ride together. Typically, I will ride 20-30 km continuously. When I go back to studying, I feel refreshed. My favorite sport is badminton. When I was in junior high school, my skills were average, but by high school, my skills had improved enough to be able to win some awards.
